We are equipped to run pelletizing tests on a wide variety of products refurbish equipment stock spare parts and ship machinery internationally. The flat-die ECO-Series mills are the simplest pellet mills ever built. Designed with ease of operation and low maintenance cost in mind they provide an ideal solution for a small-scale operation or lab and R&D application. The ring-die ECO-Series pellet mills incorporate a simple & reliable belt-drive design and are a popular choice for commercial & light industrial use as well as heavy-duty lab and R&D applications. The ECO-3 is a small lab general use unit capable of running up to a 3 HP motor. Though the unit is compact it can process up to 15-50 lbs per hour of product depending on material. Stainless steel hopper and chute are included. Our ECO-R30 pellet mill is a powerful pilot-sized production scale unit with the highest horsepower to surface area ratio of any mill in its class and can produce 500-3500 lbs of pellets per hour depending on material. Reconditioned Sprout/Waldron Model 500 (Ace Jr.) pellet mill unit includes 60 HP motor variable speed stainless steel feeder steam conditioner feed chute mild steel base and 1 set of used rolls. Pellet mills are commonly used to make wood pellets & other biomass heating pellets as well as feeds fertilizers and pelletized products. Our shop is equipped to provide a variety of services including welding machining fabrication assembly retrofitting and upgrading of equipment used in the conventional renewable & alternative energy industries as well as agricultural wood and mining industry.
